Weeks 1-4: 

In the first 4 weeks of One of One, we map out your Values, redefine Success, articulate your Leadership, excavate your Expertise - and you will start to see the Vision taking shape. 

Yes, in the first 4 fucking weeks, we lay a solid foundation so that from here on out, we can build with pace.

We find the gold fucking nuggets (because I read every word you write) that have been buried under years of conditioning. You will walk away from these first 4 weeks thinking “Oh shit, I didn’t even know that was in there…” and start to see just how much you’ve been waiting to quiet the noise and let yourself run wild.

The Building: 
Weeks 5-8: 

This is where we get our hands dirty.

During weeks 5-8, we actively build and audit your offers as well as re-imagine your entire offer suite to actually embody all that leadership and expertise we uncovered in weeks 1-4. We also play with your newly harvested messaging, which The Doc will be overflowing with. (more info on the Doc a few sections down!)

This is where we start to see your new Vision come to life outside of The Doc, this is often where clients start to see their messaging click for the first time, where they start playing in their newly articulated leadership and without almost even knowing it, your world starts building itself.

The Refinement: 
Weeks 9-12:

Time to clean it all up and bedazzle that shit - Month 3 is Marketing Month.

As an unofficial marketing girly, we will absolutely be birthing new podcasts, creating new email lists, starting new Substacks and practicing being seen in new ways (like I’m already so excited) that help build our movements. 

As a collective we will be having conversations about how we can build a world that our audiences are dying to be a part of. Thinking bigger than just content but rather creating from the intention of relationship building, spilling our guts to each other in our DM’s and changing fucking culture with our presence.

The Integration: 
Weeks 13-16

And in our final 4 weeks together, we integrate.

During our last month together, we create space and time to let it all come together. We shift from more teaching style sessions, to more hot seat coaching, co working and a space for you to receive support in real time on your business. 

This time is all about embodiment, integration and walking your talk, so that when you leave One of One, you don’t just have a new offer, new messaging and a new strategy, you are the Leader who can hold it all with so much clarity and grace.

I felt overlooked in the coaching space for 3 years. (I’ve been here for 6 years for context)

I wanted it so badly and yet at the end of each year, I would swear that the next year “would be my year” and of course it would not and alas I would spend another year over investing and trying to emulate my way to stand out. (oh boy, that was a time)
