Weeks 1-4: 

In the first 4 weeks of One of One, we map out your Values, redefine Success, articulate your Leadership, excavate your Expertise - and you will start to see the Vision taking shape. 

Yes, in the first 4 fucking weeks, we lay a solid foundation so that from here on out, we can build with pace.

We find the gold fucking nuggets (because I read every word you write) that have been buried under years of conditioning. You will walk away from these first 4 weeks thinking “Oh shit, I didn’t even know that was in there…” and start to see just how much you’ve been waiting to quiet the noise and let yourself run wild.

The Building: 
Weeks 5-8: 

This is where we get our hands dirty.

During weeks 5-8, we actively build and audit your offers as well as re-imagine your entire offer suite to actually embody all that leadership and expertise we uncovered in weeks 1-4. We also play with your newly harvested messaging, which The Doc will be overflowing with. (more info on the Doc a few sections down!)

This is where we start to see your new Vision come to life outside of The Doc, this is often where clients start to see their messaging click for the first time, where they start playing in their newly articulated leadership and without almost even knowing it, your world starts building itself.

The Refinement: 
Weeks 9-12:

Time to clean it all up and bedazzle that shit - Month 3 is Marketing Month.

As an unofficial marketing girly, we will absolutely be birthing new podcasts, creating new email lists, starting new Substacks and practicing being seen in new ways (like I’m already so excited) that help build our movements. 

As a collective we will be having conversations about how we can build a world that our audiences are dying to be a part of. Thinking bigger than just content but rather creating from the intention of relationship building, spilling our guts to each other in our DM’s and changing fucking culture with our presence.

The Integration: 
Weeks 13-16

And in our final 4 weeks together, we integrate.

During our last month together, we create space and time to let it all come together. We shift from more teaching style sessions, to more hot seat coaching, co working and a space for you to receive support in real time on your business. 

This time is all about embodiment, integration and walking your talk, so that when you leave One of One, you don’t just have a new offer, new messaging and a new strategy, you are the Leader who can hold it all with so much clarity and grace.

Hi babes, I’m Lex!

And I know what it feels like to know that you are special and yet when you look at your business, your message and your influence, it feels like you are holding your breath…

I felt overlooked in the coaching space for 3 years. (I’ve been here for 6 years for context)

I wanted it so badly and yet at the end of each year, I would swear that the next year “would be my year” and of course it would not and alas I would spend another year over investing and trying to emulate my way to stand out. (oh boy, that was a time)

After 3 years busting my butt to no avail, burning out so fucking hard and realizing that I truly could no longer do this (be in biz) unless I was creating my life’s best work and actually having a good time, everything changed.

  • We have x3 90 minute sessions per month, however, this does not include the guest experts that will be joining us inside of One of One.

    However, you will have plenty of heads up around our guest expert sessions.

  • The VIP option is SO special.

    Inside of our 1:1 sessions, we get to go into even more depth on your business, your offers, your strategy and your mindset.

    You get a lot of attention inside of One of One already but this is that extra 1:1 attention and coaching that you can lean on as you are in a huge season of growth.

    We will kick off with a 90 minute onboarding call and then have our monthly 60 minute calls, I can’t wait for this.

  • Short answer, yes and it is a requirement.

    Life happens or maybe your birthday falls on a call day - that’s fine but you are expected to miss no more than one call per cohort.

    The calls are workshop style so there are alot of opportunities to get so much value from them.

  • One of One is jam packed and the first few weeks especially are intense. My expectations are for you to use the space, for you to utilize every tool and for you to show up because it is all there for your growth.

    One of One doesn’t have 101 modules or resources that you’ll never touch, everything has been crafted because I know exactly what you need to thrive in this process.

    My expectation is for you to show up and lean in to the One of One process, you will have everything you need for huge growth. I will also give you an in depth onboarding video on how to do this well once you are in.

  • The calls are taking place on Tuesday’s at 8am AEST and 5pm AEST.

    Please note times might change due to day light savings time.

    Everyone is expected to be flexible around call times and it is very likely you will need to do an early morning or late night.

  • We have up to 12 month payment plans available, essentially, I never want money to be the reason you don’t join.
