Well Lived

Welcome to Well Lived, a 4 month 1:1 coaching program for women who are tired of pretending the entire purpose of their life is their business and are finally ready to be really, ridiculously well lived.

Here is what I have learned about what makes someone truly Successful after years of studying it, talking about it and coaching dozens of leaders through it, it’s not that complicated…

You don’t want a super yacht or a private jet - you want friends to have cocktails with on a Friday night without thinking about work, you want a body you actually like existing in, you want long mornings with no urgency where you can have your coffee and read a book before you even think about your inbox. You want weeks where you spend more time offline than online. You want a holiday no one on the internet ever fucking knows about.

And yes, you also want more than enough income planned across your year, you want real leadership, impact and a business that you genuinely love - this isn’t about having less ambition let me set that straight right now - this is about building the life you’ve always dreamt of, you want to be well lived.

But here’s the funny thing I have found over and over again about this Success…

It rarely has anything to do with more money (because let’s be honest the money is there) it instead is about you, your fear of losing control, your preconceived ideas about what being “successful” looks like, your ego, what makes you feel like enough in a system that is determined to make you think the entire purpose of your life is to work.

Entrepreneurship has been sold to you as if it is your ticket to freedom and yet it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to look around our space and wonder where the hell is all the freedom?

We have been sold the story that starting a business, unplugging from the evil treacherous 9-5 and working for ourselves is the thing that sets us free and yet why is it that our space has a raging burn out problem - women dropping like flies because their businesses are chewing them up and spitting them out, a loneliness epidemic - self employed women using their businesses as the ultimate excuse to hermit from the real world and a real problem with de-centering their businesses, logging off every now and again and living their damn lives with zero guilt or pressure to return to work as quick as possible?

That is because entrepreneurship (although fucking great) doesn’t actually give you anything.

Real freedom, the freedom you are craving, the thing you have been waiting to land in your lap after paying your dues all these years isn’t given to anyone - it is courageously chosen, it is bravely stepped into and it is a radical rejection of the way most entrepreneurs move through their lives and businesses.

In this system and in this space it will never make sense to
choose yourself and living your life over your work. Period.

In 2026, being well lived is a radical fucking act.

In 2026, to be happy, in community, to have hobbies that fulfill you, to not be on screens most of the day, to be strong, to like yourself, to be in rich reciprocal relationships, to have work you like but that you don’t pedestal above everything else are radical acts.

The life you want, the big, fat, beautiful one where you are fulfilled, where you wake up every day with less fear around your business, more autonomy over how you live your life, better relationships with yourself and others, where you feel like the most Successful bitch in the room (because you are) - that will only happen when you choose it, when you actively decenter your business from the star of the show, when you finally feel safe to live just as much if not more than you work and we do all of that inside of Well Lived.

You are already killing it in business, you have no problems showing up and showing out but how does it all feel? How are you managing holding a big, beautiful business and the life that you swore you would build when you got to this very place in business?

Who is Well Lived actually for?

This isn’t just a business—it’s a reflection of what we believe in. We’re here to create work that matters, led by a shared commitment to quality and care.

Across the next 4 months, we will detangle your identity from your work, we will clarify what real Success actually looks like and we will get to fucking work building it because let me be 100% honest with you, your best and most well lived life will be a byproduct of getting off your ass and living.

In 2026, to be happy, in community, to have hobbies that fulfill you, to not be on screens most of the day, to be strong, to like yourself, to be in rich reciprocal relationships, to have work you like but that you don’t pedestal above everything else are radical acts.

I wasn’t always the girl on the internet screaming at you to log off for the weekend, 3 years ago I was burnt out and on the verge of walking away from it all…

My well lived story started 3 years ago when I hit rock bottom in all areas of my life. I had become so obsessed with my business, so unhealthfully attached to my work that my entire life started to suffer. I couldn’t turn off, I couldn’t seem to stop my brain from doing loops around my work at all times of the day and the stress was quite literally eating me alive.

Eventually, it all came to a head, my relationship imploding, my health suffering, my business manic and I finally realized I don’t fucking want this - yeah, I want to be self employed but not if it costs me everything - that is not why I signed up for this.

I thought that was it for me and my business but clearly, the universe had other plans.

After some soul searching and all of my job applications getting zero hits, I started to think what if there was a way to do this but better, not so manicly, with zero burn out? Is that even possible?

Remember it was 2023, so it was before the burn out buzz we have now.

I figured it was worth a try but I was going to have to do everything different.
I re-wrote every rule I had heard about what made someone Successful.
I threw out every story I was told about what I had to do.
I let myself be honest with what I wanted and what I needed to be happy.

And I said, let’s give it a crack.

That was 3 years ago exactly and every year we’ve doubled our profit, every year we get invited on about 10-20 podcasts, every year we seem to call in more and more traditional Success whilst staying radically anti-burn out and being a really well lived woman.

This year I took a 30 day sabbatical with no social media use for the entire time, fucking bliss.
I delete the instagram app every single weekend, my business works great.

I am expanding my impact, planning for major growth and my business grows steadily whilst staying in its place - far from being at the center of my life and existence.

I want this for you. I want this for you, bad.
